I had an excellent experience during my recent doctor's visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns, asked thorough questions, and provided clear explanations about my health. Their professionalism and empathy immediately put me at ease. The clinic's organized and clean environment further enhanced my comfort. Overall, the visit was a reassuring and positive one, and I left feeling well-cared for and informed about my health.

Eh, Dr. Schwab spent more time looking out at the window, felt rushed and as though he didn’t have time for my concerns but they had no issue collecting that $112 co-pay… it was a waste of time and $ coming here. Little explanation of my symptoms and longevity of my breathing. I’m sad and disappointed as I’m still having breathing issues from my broken nose (again not the issue as it’s just fine looking) but all he could say was here’s a list of allergy medications. They spend years on education just to get you in and out of the office as fast as they can…although he did suggest I could see the allergy department as if it felt like they wanted to see how much $$$ he could make off me during this visit. I came for my breathing, not if I have allergies, I’ve lived here long enough to know. Dr Schwab do better! Two stars cause at least the front desk was nice. Typical and robotic response: we’re sorry, please call us, hope we can serve you better in the future - how about your office manager give me a call… you can take my money but cant figure out how to pick up the phone?? #MakeItRightAustinENT

The facility and professionalism of the staff was a five star environment however that was also their reason for a 4 star rating at this time as there were too many problems getting settled in still that caused us a long waiting time of over 3 hours. I don't expect this will happen again though! The audiologist was the best I can remember and should be a big plus to the staff. Everyone else was also top notch and very concerned and helpful with the appointment. I have updated my rating to 5 stars as my second appointment went very well with only a shorter wait beyond scheduled time but with a very thorough examination and very good knowledge of the problem I was being seen for. Still highly recommended!

They physician was professional and informative. The technology is impressive. The staff were effective and helpful. I had suffered from stopped up ears after a flight and they evaluated me to determine what could be wrong and make suggestions on how to avoid this in the future. They could see my eustachian tube! They indicated it was fine and there was evidence of allergy. I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Happy to place my ears in their hands : )

The whole staff was delightful and efficient. Dr. Brian Schwab was very patient, explained all of my options, patiently answered all of my questions, and ensured I was done before completing the appointment. Even though I live in San Antonio, I will continue to make the drive to Kyle or Austin to see him - it was well worth my time!

The entire staff was so kind. They worked hard to get me in, and when I got there for my appt the wait was nothing. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to make something big out of something small. I was worried I might be in for some elaborate treatment. Turns out I just needed some over the counter drops. So refreshing to come across that level of honesty in medicine!
